Something I've noticed since moving here is that there are often separate faucets for hot and cold water.
For example:
This isn't really an issue till you're washing your face and the water starts to get waaaaay too hot, so you've got to go back and forth really fast between the two taps in order to catch both hot and cold water in your hands so you don't completely scald yourself. That was pretty challenging when I first got here. But now that I'm 5 months in, I'm pretty much a pro.
